Pocasset Ridge

The Nature Conservancy, Tiverton Land Trust, and Tiverton Open Space Commission collaborated to preserve Pocasset Ridge.  The property offers unfragmented forest, great hiking over rough and rocky terrain, with some steep slopes.  When you visit, make sure you are well-equipped with appropriate attire and travel light as there are no services or conveniences in this forest tract. In addition to hiking, Pocasset Ridge is an ideal location for birdwatching!
